Sell your home three times faster

Simpler

Sign up online as soon as your property goes on the market and we’ll get your property ‘offer ready’ right away.

There’s nothing to pay until your sale is completed, and no charge if your first attempt falls through or you decide not to sell.

Clearer

You’ll always know what’s going on, thanks to our 24/7 online dashboard and regular, jargon-free email updates.

Faster

If you're selling a freehold house and your buyer also chooses Juno for their conveyancing, then we'll get you both ready to exchange contracts in just four weeks from the date your buyer signs up. (Some exclusions apply, eg listed buildings or areas with very slow search results.)

That’s more than three times faster than most other conveyancers at no extra charge.

How the four-week service works

You and your buyer will be looked after by separate legal teams, who communicate directly and securely with each other.

When your buyer’s funds are confirmed, you decide when you want to complete the sale and move out. You’re always in control.

If your buyer doesn’t use Juno then we’ll do what we can to speed things up, but it will usually take 2 to 3 times longer to get the sale exchange-ready.

If you’re selling to buy another property

We can take care of that too. We usually complete purchases six to ten weeks faster than the national average. And we can either line up your sale and purchase for the same day, or proceed with the sale sooner to free up your deposit money. It’s your choice.

Sometimes it takes a bit longer to get exchange-ready

For instance, leasehold properties will take us a little longer, as we’ll need to liaise with management companies to get answers for your buyer. Listed buildings will take a little longer too.

We also need to get searches, a final mortgage offer, a satisfactory survey and sufficient documentation to complete our anti money-laundering and identity checks within three weeks of the buyer signing up.

If the owner of the property you’re selling has died then we can still get everything ready quickly, giving you peace of mind, but we can’t exchange contracts and complete the sale until the grant of probate has been issued.

Rarely, we might uncover an unexpectedly complex legal issue as your sale progresses. If we do, we’ll work with you, your buyer and your estate agent to resolve it as quickly as we can. We’ll let everyone know right away if we find something that could take a little more time to resolve.
