If you refer a client who's buying and selling, we'll pay you a referral fee on each completed transaction (even if you're not the estate agent for the onward purchase).
At completion, we'll email you asking for an invoice for your referral fee. Once you send us the invoice, we'll pay it within 2–3 working days.

We’re typically four weeks faster when we act for both the buyer and seller at the same time, and we're authorised by our regulator to do this.
We ask sellers to do their ID checks and fill in their property information forms as soon as they sign up, even if they don’t have an offer yet. That way, when they accept an offer, we can send the contract pack out same-day.
There are a few situations we don’t support, including divorces, new builds, retirement homes, repossessions, and clients with money we can’t verify (including from China, Hong Kong, Dubai, and UAE). The full list of cases we do not accept is here.
