Client Support Analyst - Office based

Join a supportive, collaborative team transforming the legal industry.

Juno is a modern law firm, specialising in online conveyancing – that’s the legal work required for a home sale, purchase or remortgage transaction. We serve thousands of clients each year throughout England and Wales, and we’re rated Excellent on Trustpilot.

We’re actively hiring for an enthusiastic and empathetic Customer Support Analyst to join our team. The role will be based in our office near Old St in London so you must live within an hours commuting distance.

Juno makes conveyancing simpler, clearer and faster

We use technology to automate routine tasks, so our legal and client support teams can focus on complex, value adding work. We give our clients, estate agents and mortgage brokers the information and support they need to keep cases moving, with detailed updates twice every week for estate agents, and online dashboards for buyers and sellers. And we provide them all with helpful support via phone, email and web chat, so you’ll be the first person they connect with across all of those channels.

About the role

This is a responsible position as you will be manning the office on your own most of the time and you will be the ‘face’ of Juno when clients want to drop off documents or have signatures witnessed. However, due to the fantastic communications systems in place, you will always feel part of the bigger Juno team and will receive plenty of support and training. As well as regular communication with the legal team members, you will have frequent video calls with your team to keep you connected, 1-2-1s with your manager every 2 weeks and we have a company video meeting every week too.

You will be responsible for opening incoming post, scanning and uploading and categorising documents and information to the correct files and certifying copies and ensuring original documents are returned to the correct parties. You will have responsibility for maintaining office supplies and sending out equipment to the rest of the company as required.

You will also be expected to answer emails which come in from clients, other solicitors or estate agents or escalate them to someone more senior to be dealt with. You may be asked to chase third parties such as lenders, management companies or local authorities for information and there may be other work you will be asked to undertake from time to time.

About you

You will need good IT and communication skills and an ability to analyse new information quickly and prioritise your workload. You will be systematic and organised with a good eye for detail and be able to demonstrate an ability to analyse new information quickly and think on your feet. You must also be able to differentiate between what is urgent and what is important. You will have a mature and responsible attitude and take pride in your workspace - the office!

You definitely don’t need experience of working in a law firm but it is a bonus. Ideally you will have a law degree and you will have worked in a busy office for at least a year, preferably two. People who have held this role in the past have found that they have learned a great deal which has helped them progress within the company.

What’s on offer

The salary for this role is £24,000 per year (full time), plus 3% employer pension contribution and a generous holiday allowance.

After a year at Juno you’ll be eligible to receive shares in the company, which you’ll purchase at a nominal cost over your first four years of employment. These shares entitle the holder to share in the increase in company value from the date when you join the company. Although this is standard practice for tech startups, as far as we know this scheme is unique to the legal sector.

We want to hear from you

We are a friendly and diverse company, and we welcome applications from anyone with the right to work in the UK, regardless of their age, race, qualifications, nationality, gender, sexuality, disability status or political beliefs.
