Paralegal

Join a supportive, collaborative team transforming the legal industry.

Juno is a modern law firm, specialising in online conveyancing – that’s the legal work required for a home sale, purchase or remortgage.

We serve many thousands of clients each year throughout England and Wales, and we’re rated Excellent on Trustpilot. Our team is fully remote.

We’re now actively hiring for enthusiastic paralegals in the early stages of their career to support our continued growth.

Juno makes conveyancing simpler, clearer and faster

We use in-house technology to automate routine tasks and provide instant analytics support, so our legal teams can focus on complex, value adding work. We give our clients, estate agents and mortgage brokers the information and support they need to keep cases moving, with detailed updates twice every week for estate agents, and online dashboards for buyers and sellers. And we provide them all with helpful support via phone, email and web chat.

About the role and you

This is a fully remote, work-from-home role with some flexibility to the working hours.

You’ll be working within a small tight knit team of paralegals and lawyers of varying levels to progress cases from start to finish, and bring them to exchange at least six weeks faster than the national average.

On a typical day you’ll be setting up new cases, doing the initial review of searches, Land Registry documents, TA forms, helping with sale enquiries, answering clients’ questions and liaising with other law firms, agents and third parties.

We’re specifically looking for conveyancing paralegals who are early in their career, keen to get stuck in and learn, and grow from the knowledge of the rest of the team.

We’ll provide all the equipment you need, including a laptop and a large screen - you’ll just need a good internet connection, and somewhere quiet to work.

We work hard to make Juno a great place to work. We regularly take stock of how things are going for every team – and learn from what people share. That feedback has helped us become more transparent and better-connected internally, and it’s also helped us make more fundamental changes.

Please note that if you’ve got pre-school children, then you’ll need to arrange childcare during the hours that you’re working for Juno.

Benefits

Everyone who works at Juno gets a competitive salary, company pension scheme and shares in the company at no cost to you - the first 25% of your allocation comes due after 12 months, and the rest in monthly instalments over the next three years. So you’ll benefit directly as the firm’s value grows, without putting down any money of your own..

We’re building a diverse company where everyone feels welcomed, included and respected. We don’t discriminate against anyone, on any basis.
