Juno is a modern law firm, operating throughout England and Wales, and specialising in residential conveyancing. We complete thousands of sale, purchase and remortgage transactions each year, and we’re trusted with panel membership by over 70 mortgage lenders.

We’re actively hiring Partnership Development Associates to join our team. We’re looking for highly motivated and creative problem solvers - potentially with a background in estate agency or business development - to join our partnerships team and make it happen. This is a remote role, which can be full time or part time, and we’ll provide all the equipment, training and support you need to succeed.

Juno makes conveyancing simpler, clearer and faster.

We use technology to automate routine tasks, so our legal team can focus on the more complex, value adding work. We also give estate agents and mortgage brokers the information and support they need to keep cases moving, with detailed updates twice every week for sales progressors, and online dashboards for buyers and sellers.

Now we want to build on that foundation and create long-term referral relationships with selected estate agents and mortgage brokers. We offer competitive referral fees, excellent service for their clients, faster completions – currently we’re eight weeks faster than the national average – and unprecedented, actionable visibility for sales progressors.

We can also act for buyers and sellers on the same property at the same time, with separate teams acting for each side. That means we can be exchange-ready on freehold properties in as little as three weeks from instruction (depending on local searches and client responsiveness).

About this role

You’ll work with other team members and our CEO to identify high potential estate agents and mortgage brokers and ensure we become their preferred partners for conveyancing referrals. This will give our firm a reliable source of high quality leads, that we can turn into high value clients through effective and timely work from our outbound sales team.

This is a remote role, which may involve some travel by mutual agreement, and can be done full time or part time (minimum 3 days per week). We’ll provide all the equipment you need, and get you up to speed quickly on what we do and how we work – that way you’ll be able to provide a compelling and exciting picture of what Juno can do for potential referral partners, and provide effective account management support to them once they become referral partners.

The package on offer includes a competitive base salary, commission payments tied to transaction volumes originated by referral partners (monthly) and additional incentives tied to the durability of those relationships (longer term), and an employer funded pension scheme.

We also offer shares in the company to everyone who works here, with no buy-in cost for the shares, so we all benefit from the long term success of the company. 25% of your shares will be granted after 12 months of employment, and the rest will come in monthly increments over the following three years. These shares are non-voting, and entitle the holder to a pro rata share of any increase in company value from the date when you join the company. Although this is standard practice for tech startups, as far as we know this scheme is unique to the legal sector.
