Teamwork makes the dream work

We’re organized in teams of 6-8 people who collectively handle cases. Lawyers and paralegals work together on cases, and specialized teams handle non-legal work, so everyone can focus on their strengths.

Asking for help is encouraged and builds trust among team members, and all teams have daily video check-ins to keep in touch.

Remote working done well

Our fully remote structure combines effective supervision with career development through regular 1:1s and feedback.

Team leads support everyone to improve while maintaining some hands-on legal or specialist work in their teams. Leaders are chosen for management skills, not just legal expertise, with a clear pathway from individual contributor to team lead.

We’ve built custom software that allocates work efficiently and keeps everyone informed, unlike off-the-shelf case management systems.

Our in-house product development team fixes any bugs right away, and continuously improves our technology based on real-world feedback from the people who use it daily. Everyone’s voice matters in making our systems better.
