Juno is a law firm for the digital age. We make conveyancing - the legal work for people buying and selling a home - simpler, clearer and faster. We’re growing fast, which means we need to expand our Completions and Post-Completion Team.
Apply now if you want to join an exciting, dynamic and successful law firm that’s doing things differently. Start by emailing recruitment@juno.legal with a compelling cover letter and recent CV/résumé, and we’ll be in touch with you quickly to arrange a screening call.
Juno makes conveyancing simpler, clearer and faster
- Juno is a modern, tech-enabled law firm specialising in residential conveyancing and operating throughout England and Wales.
- We’re rated as one of the best conveyancing firms in the UK by our clients (4.9/5 on Trustpilot), and we complete transactions 50% faster than the average law firm.
- We’ve built our own conveyancing software, instead of buying something off the shelf, and we’re constantly improving it based on real world usage and feedback.
- Clients can do all their conveyancing online with our software platform, and they always know what’s going on through our online dashboard and email updates.
- We complete thousands of sale and purchase transactions each year, and we’re trusted with panel membership by 80+ mortgage lenders.
What you’ll do
Work within our Completions and Post-Completion Team to facilitate smooth and efficient property sale/purchase completions and purchase registrations. Communicate frequently with clients, agents, and other solicitors regarding outstanding issues, update our internal records and give useful progress updates to everyone involved. Monitor and prepare cases approaching completion, efficiently and accurately. This includes chasing clients, other law firms and third parties for outstanding documents and information by telephone and email. Understand and calculate apportionments of ground rent, service charge and other charges. Handle completion logistics (excluding the transfer of funds). Prepare cases for registration and submit applications to the Land Registry using our internal software platform. Handle post-completion requirements such as notices, Deeds of Covenant and Companies House charge registrations. Deal with Land Registry requisitions as needed. Suggest improvements to our systems and processes, and work with our internal software developers to test and iterate these improvements as needed.
