About Juno
Juno is a tech-enabled conveyancing firm based in England and the #1 rated conveyancer in the UK on Trustpilot. We use technology to make the home-buying process faster, more transparent, and less stressful. Our Cape Town team is a core part of how we deliver that — not a back-office afterthought. You’ll be doing work that directly impacts clients going through one of the biggest transactions of their lives.
What you’ll actually do
Conveyancing transactions stall when clients don’t send documents and other law firms don’t reply to emails. Your job is to fix that — by picking up the phone, getting through to the right person, and persuading them to act now rather than later.
You’ll call Juno’s clients to chase overdue documents and information. You’ll call other law firms to get responses to outstanding requests. You’ll build rapport quickly, solve problems on the spot, and follow up until the job is done. This is entirely outbound work. Every call you make directly accelerates a property transaction for a real person waiting to move home.
What success looks like
- You consistently hit targets for call throughput, call quality, and time saved on each matter versus baseline
- Documents and responses that were overdue start arriving days or weeks sooner because of your calls
- You handle objections and difficult conversations with composure and persistence
- You spot patterns in why things get stuck and feed that back to the team
What we’re looking for
- Excellent spoken English and strong interpersonal skills — you can build rapport with anyone in under a minute
- Persuasive without being pushy — you get people to prioritise something they’ve been putting off
- Problem-solver — when the obvious approach doesn’t work, you find another way
- Resilient and self-motivated — you’re comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day
- Organised and thorough — you follow up until it’s done, not just until you’ve tried once
- A degree or meaningful prior work experience (we’re not prescriptive about the field)
What you don’t need
- Legal knowledge — we’ll teach you everything you need to know about conveyancing
- Property experience — helpful but absolutely not required
- Call centre experience — this isn’t a scripted BPO role; you’ll think on your feet
What you’ll get
- A permanent, directly-employed role in a growing tech-enabled law firm (not outsourced, not contract)
- Structured onboarding, coaching, and regular feedback to help you develop
- A supportive team that celebrates wins and solves problems together
- Office-based role in Rondebosch, Cape Town
- Highly competitive salary with excellent benefits including medical aid contribution and retirement fund
