Flexible working

More than 60% of people at Juno have flexible working hours, and 30% work part-time (typically four days a week). At Juno, we believe in a healthy work–life balance. Our flexible working patterns help make room for life’s commitments whilst keeping the team running smoothly.

In exchange we expect our people to treat their home working the same as if they were in an office — with dedication, concentration and minimum distractions during working hours. We expect childcare to be in place for all working hours in the same way it would be if you worked in an office.

Each person’s needs are unique, and we aim to build teams with a mixture of working patterns which are mutually supportive. This role can be offered on a 4 days/week basis.
